Today’s #GoodGuysPrevail Update…

Given the events of late, I’m even more eager for good news…here is some that definitely qualifies. Scientists recently regenerated damaged optic nerve cells (taken from mice) in a laboratory.

This amazing breakthrough has incredible potential to address glaucoma and a host of eye diseases (that cause vision loss). It combines previous discoveries in nerve-regeneration studies with #genetherapy.

Today’s #GoodGuysPrevail Update: The United Kingdom’s National Crime Agency (NCA) arrested 21 individuals for purchasing stolen data from the now defunct online criminal marketplace #WeLeakInfo. That site, taken down almost a year ago, hosted some 12 billion stolen credentials harvested from over 10,000 data breaches.

In addition to the request, #lawenforcement authorities seized #Bitcoin and other assets.
